Chevron has done more for America than the present administration. Does the Government guarantee a dividend? I think not.

Chevron is a well managed company derserving of it’s Fourtune 500 position. Contrary to popular belief, Chevron has been and is a leader for alternative & renewable fuel development (i.e. solar, wind, and bio-thermal, natural gas).

I dont think the two Dem’s that are talking about the windfall tax think about what this will do to gas prices.
Oil companies are going to just pass the extra cost on to the pubilc.

I know this is getting redundant but people have to wake up. The only way for “Big Oil” to deliver cheaper gas (in the short term) is to take a hit in their % profits. Does this sound reasonable to you? Since when did providing gasoline become a social program? Where are the cries for slashed prices (and thus profits) from other firms and industries? Oh right! that wouldnt make sense but somehow oil does!? I guess you only get blamed for intelligent economics when it stops people from driving Hummers.

Chevron is a very well managed company who has had great vision and ability to deal in the worldwide Oil patchs. It has taken a great deal or risks and so far have got most of them to payoff.
Chevron acquired Gulf Oil in 1985, and later acquired Texaco and Unocal. It has taken on high risk projects in Kazastan,China,Australia,Nigeria,Deep water Gulf of Mexico, Angola and is working to make the most of its Venezuela interests, which is now very difficult to manage, due to increasing Government controls and contract changes. It is a very shareholder oriented company that strives to obtain sound financial goals and at the same time deal fairly with countries and communities where it opetrates. It treats its people well and is a fine employer.
Good ROC,ROE,Dividends,cash flow,and Debt mamagment. I have invested in Chevron for many years and it has proved to be one of my best investments

Walmart’s prices are lower than any of their competers – with the continuing price increases on almost everything – it helps to pay a few cents less for the basics – milks, bread, etc. My budget just cannot continue to handle the increasing prices at the other stores!
