Traditional mentoring has always been a face to face experience. I think Gotta Mentor as an add on tool to the mentoring process could valuable. I do a lot of mentoring in my firm www.rdm1.com and sit on a non profit board for mentoring called ben applebaum foundation. What our org does is act as an offline connector with pre screened mentees and the right mentor. It will be interesting to see if online mentoring succeeds.

What an incredible resource! Online companies like this one make for far more efficient industries across the board. No reinventing the wheel. Just simply..."Been there done that...here's what I'd do instead". Advice...a commodity more precious than gold.
